Governor Josh Shapiro is the 48th Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the home state to one of America’s most beloved neighbors, Fred Rogers.
Nothing like early morning tears. Tearful for the tender memory of Mister Rogers and the lessons he taught our children, and us if we dared. And here I am longing for what was, then and not so long ago. Here's to hoping we can reimagine who we are and who we can become, to our neighbors, near and far.
Mr. Rogers' memory is a blessing. Thank you, Governor Shapiro, for this reminder and for being shaped by someone as wise and courageous as he. And continued gratitude to Heather and her team for these pearls of great wisdom and hope.
I don’t think Josh Shapiro supports the mass killing of children. One can be Zionist and not agree with killing anyone. Just as my last name is Jewish and I am not Jewish.
Mr. Rogers was a Presbyterian minister. The Presbyterian church has taken a stand against the Palestinian Genocide. I imagine Mr. Rogers might have been doing what Miss Rachel is. Meanwhile, Josh Shapiro supports the mass slaughter of children by the Zionist state he served and continues to serve.
Irony, a Presbyterian and a Jew, a setup for a two men entered the bar joke. They couldn’t have been nicer. I moved from South GA to philly and there were no people harsher than philadelphians but if you stuck by them they were your fiercest friends. I just had to learn how to speak faster without a drawl.
